First Course Tomato stuffed with mushrooms, assorted meats, sanwhiches with salmon, "Hunters' snack" (ham, cheese, garlic, peanut, greens, mayonnaise).

Second Course Salad Shanghai (chicken, pineapple, eggs, mayonnaise sauce).

Main Course Escalloped pork with lemon sauce, fried potatoes with sour cream, assorted fied cabbage (cauliflower, beans, and cabbage).
