A Volga Girl's 4th Annual
International Women's Day Banquet 2004
( held Thursday, the 4th of March at the elaborately themed Ilya Muromoets Restaurant)

International Women's Day (March 8) is widely celebrated throughout Russia and
many countries worldwide. It is the Russian equivalent of Mother's Day in America.

The table was set and the set was staged for a special evening to celebrate International Women's Day 2004.

Those attending this banquet were invited by the men with whom they are in written correspondence.

No less than 6 of these women are currently engaged, having already had the pleasure of an in-person visit from their future husbands.
