The local television station TV  Rio-6 had their cameras rolling when  Craig Rich presented volgagirl.com Managing Director Olga E. Novikova  with a special award. 

In recognition of her dedication and commitment to her company, staff,  and the beautiful ladies of Russia's  Volga region. The award reads in both  Russian and English.

The ladies looked on with great interest.

Many attendees came as well to  register with volgagirl.com, and to  have their initial photos taken. 

The quality of this photo is quite poor, as it is a frame-capture from an analog videotape. What is clear is that the meeting hall is literally jammed with over 300 Russian women.
