60% of the current VolgaGirls live within the central Russian city of Togliatti (population 975,000). Approximately 80% of these ladies choose to personally pick up their correspondence directly from our Togliatti office once they receive our telephone call (if they have provided us with a number) informing them that your letter has been received.

For those ladies who do not have home or cell phone service, or those ladies show as living outside of Togliatti -- included in the cost of your email is postage to send your letters regular mail. PLEASE NOTE: For those ladies living outside of Togliatti, we strongly suggest that you enable the "registered mail" function above the text box when sending a letter through your account on our web site. The mail service in Russia is unreliable, and registered mail delivery (at an additional cost of $1.25), especially for your out-of-town letters, is a wise investment. It allows us to verify that your letter was received
