The Telega Restaurant can be found on Topolinaya Street: 2 blocks down from the Volgagirl offices, 3 blocks from Hotel Lada-Voschod, and approximately 200 yards from the company-owned apartment (flat).

Diners are greeted as they pass through these saloon-style swinging doors reminiscent of the old west.

The atmosphere at Telega is an eclectic blend of the American southwest and a modern hunting lodge.

The bar area at Telega has some interesting props.

Open for lunch at 12 noon, the 6 or 8 private booths need be reserved with a reservation in advance when dining during evening hours.

Telelga operates as a mini-bewery, as witnessed by these storage kegs one of the common areas.

This waterwheel provides an old-world sense.

How many restaurants have a fish pond with live sturgeon? No doubt these fish were caught along Togliatti's great Volga River.

Diners can relax after dinner in this common area adjacent to the sturgeon pond.

One can imagine that these trophies were once native to the Togliatti area. These days one has to search hard to find even a squirrel in the forests that surround the city.
