Barbecue Russian-style! Both lamb & pork "shashlick" can be found cooking everywhere during the  summer, and it is absolutely  delicious!

Pork Shashlick is always served with  onions. This plate served and satisfied  3 people, and cost $5.25 US. Simply irresistible.
